Also in 2012 our „Frontrun für Fraiheit“ will take place in cooperation with Come-Together-Cup. More than 150 runners are expected and they support ai - again a portion of the registration fee will be donated to a project of MerSI group/amnesty international. This year the 5km-run will be open for the individual run and the run in couples.

Your registration is valid only after the participation fee has been transferred by Tuesday, June 5th to the account, that will be announced after the registration procedure.
After your fee has been transferred to our bank account you will receive e-mail confirmation from us.
Regular registration is possible via internet only and ends Sunday, June 3rd, 2012. Short term registration will be possible before the run until 12:15 am. Date: Feast of Corpus Christi, June 7th 2012, parallel to CTC

Fees: 8 Euros per participant (regular registration), 10 Euros (short term registration), in both fees a donation to amnesty international is included. We are organizing a 5 km and a 10 km run for women and men as well as a 5 km run for pairs or groups. Start for all runs will be at the same time.
If you take part in the 5 km run for pairs, you run jointly at the same time a track of 5 km with your partner. Your partner can be a man or a women. You have to reach the finishing line jointly holding your hands. The track runs around the RheinEnergie-Stadium. For the 10km run the track has to be done 2 times, for 5 km runs 2 times. Any runner who likes to take part is welcome! It is of no significance whether you are gay or straight or what age you are… To organize the Frontrun we need a lot of volunteers, for example to mark the track or to install our facilities. If you want to help us please write an email to . Thank you! Meeting point will be in front of the RheinEnergie-Stadium in Cologne-Junkersdorf, at the same place as the CTC. Take KVB Tram Line#1 and exit at "Stadion". You will find the meeting point immediately close by. Before the run you have to register to obtain your start number. This registration is possible until 12.15 am. Short term registration is possible on the day of the run from 11.30 am to 12.15 pm. The participation fee will be then 10 Euros per person (incl. 2 Euros donation to ai). There will be an evaluation of the 10km run for women and men as well as an evaluation of the 5km pairs run (singlee, pairs can be mixed or female or male; each of the partners runs 5kms). The winner of both 10km runs get a voucher about new running shoes from our sponsor

Furthermore other positions will be awarded, also vouchers for the "Gezeiten" Restaurant are gainable. During the run water will be provided. After the run fruit and for a small fee cakes are available. Cake donations are welcome! Toilets are available at the stadium nearby. Showers can be used as well. We will offer a warderobe to put your luggage during the run. There is no liability for your stuff. Results of the run will be published at the stand of SC Janus at CTC after the run. Some days later they will also be published here on the internet. Certificates with your result can be ordered by email after the run. You're welcome to make a donation covering our expenses. The participants confirm that they are in good shape and fit to take part in the "Frontrun für Fraiheit 2012" without any damage to her/his health. The participant is helth-insured. The participant acknowledges that SC Janus e.V. and the organization are not liable for any damage that may occur to her / his person or property as a result of her / his attendance at or participation in the run and associated events. Insurance is in responsibility of the participant. The participant acknowledges that the organization publishes results of the "Frontrun für Fraiheit 2012", her / his name and (if available) the date of birth. The organization will not pass data to third persons. It is allowed to use personal contact data to announce further events. The participant acknowledges that there will be some photos taken at the "Frontrun für Fraiheit 2012" that might be published on the internet. The registration is only valid if the organization has received the fee by Tuesday, June 5th 2012. In case of absence of the participant or in case of a cancellation or interruptions of the event due to Act of God the participant cannot claim the fee.
